Lately I’ve been coming across some of my favorite blogs by browsing friend’s favorite links of the week. So, I’ve decided to start doing the same! It’s a great way to spread the luv and a great way to get some posts that I truly found inspiring, exciting, interesting, freaking fantastic out there.
This week we have posts that teach us how to be passionately curious, show us what makes up a truly inspiring, authentic blog, urges us to add more adventure to our lives, and gives us a glimpse at what the path towards success and entrepreneurship looks like.
Thanks to all of you for writing great stuff that’s REAL and inspiring. I think that’s the only way to live our lives, and consequently, should also be the only way we share our content with the world.
Writings From Those That Are Experts in Being Mad To Live:
Who The Fuck Am I? by Emilie Putty Like
For my fellow multipotentialites and scanners out there who have 100 passions, this is a great post about how to harness that as a talent, rather than letting the fact you don’t care to be an expert in just ONE thing bring you down.
The Wars of Adventure by Jodi If You Never Did
A short but sweet post by one of the raddest most adventurous girls I have ever come across. This is a very short, but very sweet post that drives the point home. Which side is winning in your life?
5 Ways to Guide You On The Road of Change by Jessika at Bohemian Musings
Ah, another passionately curious soul. Jessika talks about embracing your love of change, for uncertainty can be a very good thing. This world traveler is not afraid to take the path less traveled.
Where We’ve Been and Where We’re Going by Kristin & Shannon at All Of Us Revolution
These girls have been designing an 8-piece, eco-friendly, minimalist lifestyle inspired clothing line over the past 6 months in Central America. Here’s a video of them in action!
The 6 Qualities of Great Blogs by Mark at MarkHarai
Mark knows what makes a kickass blog. And when it comes to blogs that are meant for more than just a sales pitch, than it’ll be these 6 things that prove you’re not a fake trying to sell an info product.
WeFeelFine.org – Exploring the human emotion, in six movements.
This is an AWESOME example of what HTML5 can do. Web 2.0 technology combined with human emotion. It’s Science & Art combined at its greatest.
GUEST POSTS FROM ME THIS WEEK:
The People You Meet Off The Beaten Path on Spunky Girl Monologues (Woo I’m officially a Spunky Girl!)
Hungry For Scorpions in Beijing China on TravelDudes
Just For Fun: This is an acoustic version of one of my favorite songs of all time, No Surrender by Bruce Springsteen. (I’m from Jersey what can I say? haha). “We learned more from a 3 minute record baby than we ever learned in school.” – Some of my favorite lyrics of all time. |No Retreat-No Surrender| – This is how we should be living our lives when we’re chasing after our dreams.
Have a GREAT weekend. Feel free to add any of your favorite links of the week in the comments! Thanks!
